My name is Lisa Egan. I am a certified nutrition coach, and my specialty area is habit change. I’ve worked as wellness educator, personal trainer, weight loss clinic manager and counselor, and as a hypnotherapist. When I was a hypnotherapist, my specialties were weight loss and smoking cessation.
This program is NOT hypnosis – I want to clarify that. I would never attempt to hypnotize anyone via webinar and without their consent. Hypnosis is best done in person, face-to-face with a personalized program, and it is not a service I have offered for many years.
However, my experience as a hypnotherapist taught me a great deal about smoking and how to help people quit – mainly, about the thought processes smokers have, and how they can change their thinking to become non-smokers.
I combined my experience with helping people with my training in habit change coaching techniques to create this program. I also included some other concepts from psychology and a bit of philosophy, too.
This program consists of three modules. Each module contains a video/PowerPoint session and several worksheets (for your personal use).

In Session Three, we will explore how you respond to stimuli in your environment and how that relates to smoking, managing cravings, the withdrawal cycle, preparing your environment to support becoming a non-smoker, habit pairs, and the best way to quit.
